pr789 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the pr789 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or welcome offer credit granted by pr789 to a player's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Company" means pr789 and its affiliated entities operating the Platform under an international gaming licence.

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally restricted from entering contracts are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the pr789 Platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Self-Exclusion: Persons who have voluntarily registered for self-exclusion on the pr789 Platform or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme are not eligible to register a new account or continue using an existing account during the exclusion period.
• Employees: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of pr789 and its affiliate companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in games or betting on the Platform.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions are met and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. pr789 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

To access the full range of pr789 services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and truthfully. During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

pr789 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before a withdrawal may be processed, and at other intervals at the Company's discretion, you may be required to submit supporting documentation including:

• A government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pr789 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pr789 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account credentials. Deposits:

• pr789 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Processing times vary by payment method but pr789 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval.
• pr789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general rules apply across all Platform games and betting markets:

• All wagers placed and accepted on the pr789 Platform are binding and may not be cancelled or reversed by the player after acceptance, except in circumstances expressly provided for in the relevant game or market rules.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in games;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with employees of pr789;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such issues must be reported to support immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the pr789 Platform;
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform's proprietary software or content;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or pr789 staff members through any Platform communication channel.

pr789 actively monitors Platform activity for prohibited conduct and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where illegal activity is identified or suspected.

All content on the pr789 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of pr789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from pr789;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use pr789 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or digital environment.

Any unauthorised use of pr789 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pr789, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds through normal gaming activity (wins and losses are an inherent feature of gambling);
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Technical failures, connectivity issues, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers or your own internet connection;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pr789 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Players use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, pr789's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request;
• Detection of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the Account;
• Abuse of promotional offers or bonuses;

• Instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination of an Account, pr789 will return any verified, unencumbered Account Balance to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding verification and review procedures. Bonus funds and winnings derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity are not eligible for return.

Players may also choose to close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the pr789 support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pr789 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or your Account shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days after notification for material changes.
